This project is the result of the 2024 Local Champion program offered by the City of Victoria to support citizen-led initiatives. As a group of 5 dedicated individuals, we wanted to promote a sense of inclusion and welcoming in our community.
From this desire, Your Neighbourhood Friend was born and we created this resource hub to fill gaps we saw during our arrival or the arrival of friends and family to Victoria and Canada.
